Shipping:
K. Amato accepts Visa, MC, American Express, and Discover cards.
If you purchase over $100 in merchandise, Standard shipping via the USPS is FREE in the U.S.
For all online orders under $100, you will have a choice of choosing a $5 shipping fee for the USPS or a $10 shipping fee for UPS Ground. (Please e-mail us for international shipping rates)
A 10.25% sales tax charge will be applied to all orders in Illinois.
Your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days from your purchase. Please note: During the holiday season, we will still ship your item within 1 - 3 business days, however the shipping times are longer through the USPS and UPS because of the large amounts of packages they receive. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
Returns:
We will accept returns within 30 days of your purchase for a refund minus the shipping costs. Just send it back to the address below and write a small note letting us know you wish to return your purchase. We will credit your card back once it is received here. If it is past 30 days, please contact us to discuss your options. In the unlikely case that your jewelry is broken, we will fix it or replace it free of charge. You must pay for all shipping costs.
